Service Description

• Initial Consultation: In-person walkthrough to assess your room layout & daily routine. • Unpacking: We arrange any room into functional zones based on how often you use each item. • Design: We plan layouts, measure spaces, create labels & source organizing supplies. • Donation Drop-off: Hauling away one carload of donated items. Total price based on room size-(Small, Medium, Large)-Square Footage Item volume & total time required for the project. Example of a Standard Room with Low Volume Items & Typical Packing Density: • Small Room Package (Unpacking/Set Up): $325 – $585 (5 – 9 Hours) • Medium Room Package (Unpacking/Set Up): $650 – $780 (10 – 12 Hours) • Large Room Package (Unpacking/Set Up): $845 – $1,300 (13 – 20 Hours) Please Note: Projects with high item volumes, heavily packed boxes, or complex organizational needs require additional sorting & categorization time, which will increase the estimated hours and final cost.
