Do I need to buy organizing products?
No. I strongly recommend identifying any excess first, and thereafter, most clients discover they don't need to buy anything at all! I prioritize using the containers, boxes, and baskets you already own. For those who still wish to invest in new organizing products, I am happy to recommend and implement systems to fit your style and budget.
What are the benefits of getting organized?

How long will my project take?
Every situation is different. The timeline depends on:
The size of the space.
The volume of items.
The "decision" making pace. e.g., does it take 30 seconds or 5 minutes?
The level of organizing support you may require.
How many hours will a project take?
Some projects only require a few hours, while others may take multiple sessions. During the initial consultation I will provide you with an estimate of project hours based on your unique needs and space(s).

What should I expect at the initial consultation?
Organizing requires a coordinated effort and process between the client and the certified professional. The initial consultation takes 1 hour, depending on the projects scope. After touring your targeted space(s) and clarifying your needs and priorities, we will work together to create a focused plan for your session(s), ensuring flexability with your schedule.
Thereafter, during a scheduled session(s) you remain in control throughout the process. Usually, I work side-by-side with you. I will NEVER decide for you what to keep or let go of. My role as a Certified Professional is to guide, ask the right questions, and support your confident decision-making.
How do you charge for your Professional Services?
Our billing is based on your specific project scope. Whether you need a quick, single-room transformation completed in one day, or an ongoing whole-space makeover, the project scope and timeline will be tailored to your needs. Multiple sessions are typically scheduled in 4-to-6 hour blocks to maximize efficiency, though we are happy to extend daily hours if you prefer to expedite the process.
Following your initial consultation, you will receive a clear estimate outlining expected costs, within 5 business days. Final rates will be detailed in the project proposal and contract. A signed contract and deposit are required to lock in your organizing dates. For multi-session projects, customized payment schedules will be discussed and finalized during your second consultation.
What locations do you service?
We service Durango, CO (and surrounding areas), Pagosa Springs, CO, and Farmington, NM.
- Travel Fee: The first 60 minutes each way is included in our standard rate. If your location is more than 60 minutes away (each way) from Durango, CO, a travel fee of $40 per hour will be added to your session to cover the extra time on the road.
